What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 is a full-arch dental implant technique in which a complete set of upper or lower teeth is fixed onto four implants. The two rear implants are tilted, which lets them use the denser bone at the front of the jaw and often avoids bone grafting or sinus lifts.
Unlike a denture, the arch is screwed onto the implants. Only a dentist can remove it, so it does not move when you eat, laugh or speak.

What's the difference between multi-unit and a titanium bar?
Both are ways of connecting your arch to the implants. A multi-unit abutment arch is the standard option. A titanium-bar reinforced arch has a metal framework inside the teeth, adding rigidity – useful for strong bites or patients who grind. The dentist will recommend one based on your bite and budget.
Recovery after All-on-4
Most patients feel swelling and tenderness for 3–5 days. You will be on a soft diet for the first weeks while the implants integrate with the bone. You can usually fly home a few days after surgery, and your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp throughout.

For a Hollywood Smile, usually 4–7 days. For dental implants, All-on-4 and All-on-6, the first visit takes 1–3 days, then a short second visit around 3 months later for your final teeth. Your hotel is included for the length of your treatment.
For All-on-4 and All-on-6 you return to Kusadasi once the implants have healed, usually about 3 months after surgery. The dentist checks healing, takes the impressions or scan for your final teeth and fits them, which takes a few days; hotel and transfers are arranged by your coordinator as on the first visit, and the exact dates and what is included are written in your treatment plan. Between visits your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp, and we recommend a check-up with your own dentist at home.

As with any dental treatment, there are risks, which your dentist will explain before you agree to anything.
Your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp after you fly home. If a complication covered by your insurance needs treatment, it is carried out at our clinic in Kusadasi and the policy covers your return flights and accommodation for that visit. In an emergency in Ireland, your own dentist or an emergency dental service can assess and stabilise you.
